Welcome to the Department of Modern Languages and Culture at Westside High School! We are proud to offer courses in both Spanish and French, taught by experienced and passionate teachers who are dedicated to helping our students learn these important languages. Our language programs are designed to provide students with a strong foundation in grammar, vocabulary, and cultural understanding, while also encouraging them to practice their speaking skills through engaging activities and conversations with native speakers.

In addition to traditional classroom instruction, we offer a variety of supplementary resources and opportunities for our students to continue learning outside of the classroom. These include language exchange programs, cultural events, and online resources that provide additional support and practice materials. Our goal is to create an environment where students feel supported and motivated to learn and grow in their language skills.
