The Duval County School Board will hold a Special Meeting on July 23, 2024, at 4:00 p.m. The meeting will be held on the 6^th floor in Conference Room 613 at the Administration Building at 1701 Prudential Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32207.

The purpose is to discuss the following topic(s):

COLLECTIVE BARGAINING

Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, and as requested by Ray Poole with the Office of General Counsel, and as announced at a previous School Board workshop, a litigation shade meeting of the Board is scheduled to consider pending litigation:

Following the commencement of the open meeting, the Board will move into a closed session pursuant to Section 447.605(1), Florida Statutes. ~~The meeting is anticipated to last 90 minutes, and only the following listed persons will be entitled to attend this session:~~
