Miss Florida 2025 and Jean Ribault High School gradaute Paris Richardson

Oct. 28, 2025 – Miss Florida 2025.  Miss University of Florida. UF Cheerleader. Bachelor and Master of Health Administration.

And most recently – Second Runner Up in the 2026 Miss America Pageant.

These are just some of the impressive titles and accolades tied to Paris Richardson. But one title she doesn’t want anyone to forget? 2020 graduate of Jean Ribault High School.

“I don’t think a lot of people understand the skills that this school has to really build people up,” she said. “These are the people who poured into me and are a big part of the reason I was on the Miss America stage and was able to take away second runner-up.”

Looking back at her time at Ribault, Richardson said she can clearly see how her experiences prepared her for college, her career, and competing in pageants. This includes being a varsity cheerleader, starting the Get RAW (Ribault Access & Wellness) health club with her peers, and serving as Miss Ribault.

No matter what activity she participated in, Richardson said she always experienced a common theme — teachers, administrators, and staff who encouraged her every step of the way.

“My coaches and mentors helped me see something in myself that I didn’t necessarily see from a young age,” she recalled. “So I’m grateful that I had this community and so many people here who really pushed me to want more for myself.”

With the community’s support — and plenty of personal drive — Richardson said she’s achieved many of her dreams. This year alone, she graduated from the University of Florida with a Master of Health Administration, won Miss Florida, and competed in the Miss America competition.

“It’s been probably the best year of my life,” she said.

Richardson now uses her platform to advocate for health and wellness in all communities. As the founder of CROWN of Health — which stands for Community, Research, Outreach, Wellness, and Nutrition — she regularly partners with schools, nonprofits, and other groups to “inspire the next generation of health leaders.”

In addition, Richardson works in medical device sales, with hopes of one day becoming the CEO of a hospital. No matter where life takes her, Richardson says she knows she can always look to Ribault as “home.”

“I don’t want it to end with me. I want to continue to help create the next Miss America, the next Miss Florida, right here in our community,” she said. “I continue to tell my story so other students are inspired and know they can come here and do the same — or better.”
