⚠️ STORMY WEATHER AHEAD⚠️ The following important announcement was made by Duval County Public Schools at 2pm today (Monday, Oct 7th): "In response to the safety threat posed by the storm and the need for shelters, Duval County Public Schools will be closed from Wednesday, Oct. 9 through Friday, Oct. 11. All school activities, including athletics and after school programs, are canceled for those days. After the storm passes and personnel begin recover efforts, the district will make an announcement regarding operations for the follow week." Here is a copy of our current schedule: ➡️Tuesday, October 8th: Tomorrow/Tuesday will be a regular school day. Extended Day & Team Up will remain open normal hours tomorrow/Tuesday; however, parents and families are strongly encouraged to pick up their children prior to the close of tomorrow's after-school programs to allow everyone time to prepare for the impact that Hurricane Milton is expected to bring. ➡️ Wednesday, October 9th: SCHOOLS CLOSED due to Hurricane Milton. ➡️ Thursday October 10th: SCHOOLS CLOSED due to Hurricane Milton. ➡️ Friday, October 11th: SCHOOLS CLOSED due to Hurricane Milton.
