Welcome back to another week! We are in the home stretch and I ask that you pay attention to the notes and information coming home as we have a lot of events coming up. I know you don't want a miss a single one. Here are a few to know:
It's the Month of the Military Child! We are celebrating our students all week with a Spirit Week. In addition, we ask that everyone wear PURPLE on Wednesday for our PURPLE UP Flag Raising Ceremony. We ask if you are an active duty veteran, if possible, to attend our Flag Raising Ceremony at 8:45 am and stand by your student. In addition, we will have a PURPLE UP Parade immediately following the ceremony. Finally, all military students and families will be able to tie a ribbon on our fence line. Seeing these ribbons represent a child is an honor as a former military child myself. I hope you can attend.
LEAP DAY- THE Musical will be performed by our CLE Music Club this Friday, April 17th at 6 pm and Saturday, April 18th at 2:00 pm. Tickets are now open to all CLE students. You can order tickets by clicking here. TOTS and Patrols will be selling snacks and flowers, so bring some cash for these items. We are so excited to have this opportunity for our students.
WE NEED YOUR INPUT - Share your thoughts on our Title I Parent Nights for the 2026-27 school year by taking the survey in the flyer attached. We will meet during our monthly School Advisory Council SAC Meeting on Tuesday, April 21st at 4:30 pm. We invite you to attend!
CAMPUS BEAUTIFICATION DAY is less than 2 weeks away! We will hold our annual Campus Beautification Day on Friday, April 24th. We are looking for donations of garden soil, red mulch and flowering plants. In addition, if you can volunteer any time, that would be great! You just have to be a Level 1 volunteer. Frozen Scoops will be here to treat the students for working on their beautification area.
Finally, any VPK/Kindergarten incoming students, we hope you'll come to our VPK/Kindergarten Round Up on Wednesday, April 29th at 9 am. Look for a flyer later this week to sign up.
