The Duval County Public Schools Medication Guidelines address the accepted policies for students who need to take any form of medication while on the school property. 

All students who need to take medication at school, whether over-the-counter or prescription, must have an updated "Medical Administration Authorization Form" filed in the school's Dean's office.
