Laptop Return:
Laptops will be collected during lunch and learn Thursday and Friday of this week. You must return the device that was issued to you. If you turn in a different laptop, you will not receive credit and will be charged for the missing device. All technology obligations must be cleared before you can receive your cap and gown.

Before turning in your laptop, please complete the following:

1. Verify you have no outstanding debt

2. Verify you have your issued technology
Instructions:

• Go to OneView

• Click My Devices (left column)

• Locate the serial number

• Compare it to the serial number on the sticker on your laptop (underside)

If the serial numbers do not match, you will need to locate your assigned device.

Additional Requirements:

• Turn in all textbooks

• Complete the Senior Exit Survey

• Submit your final transcript request

• Complete scholarship documentation (even if you were not awarded any)

Seniors who complete all requirements and clear all obligations will have a smoother cap and gown pickup process.

Please note: All seniors must complete these steps, regardless of whether you plan to participate in graduation. These requirements must be met in order to receive your diploma.

Please take a picture of your completed clearance card for your records. The original must be turned in on Tuesday in order to receive your cap and gown.
