2026-2027 Student Parking Permits

Process of Obtaining Student Parking

Eligibility Requirement: Students must have all outstanding school debts (including textbooks, uniforms, fees, fines, or other financial obligations) cleared before they will be eligible to purchase a parking permit. Students with outstanding obligations may submit an application, but will not be permitted to purchase or receive a parking permit until all debts have been satisfied.

To check your debt status, please use this link for instructions.

Purpose: Parking is limited. Therefore, parking permits will not be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. We will utilize a lottery process.

1. Application Submission: Parking applications will be available online. Completed applications need to be turned into the front office. All applications will be accepted from July 22, 2026, through July 29, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.

2. Required Documents: A complete application must include:

  1. Completed parking application,

  2. Copy of valid Florida or Georgia driver’s license,

  3. Copy of current vehicle registration, and

  4. Copy of current proof of insurance. Incomplete applications will not be considered. (All items will be turned in. Be sure to bring copies with you as we will not be able to make copies for you.)

3. Lottery Process: If the number of completed applications exceeds the number of available parking spaces, a random lottery will be conducted. Students selected through the lottery will be notified via email.

4. Payment: Students selected through the lottery will receive instructions to pay the $85 parking fee online. Payment must be received by the stated deadline or the space will be offered to the next student on the waiting list. If students have not paid by Aug 3rd, your spot will be given to the next student and you will be moved to the end of the waitlist.

5. Waiting List: Students not selected in the initial lottery will be placed on a waiting list in lottery order. As spaces become available, students on the waiting list will be contacted.

6. Remaining Spaces: If senior parking spaces remain after all eligible seniors have been offered permits, they will be made available to juniors.

Submission of a completed application does not guarantee a parking permit. Parking permits are a privilege and are limited based on available spaces. Parking will be revoked for excessive tardies, absences, or failing to follow the safety guidelines.
