
Steps to Apply for UOPD, Para, IBEW or LIUNA Tuition Reimbursement
Complete appropriate Tuition Reimbursement Form
Provide supporting documents with Reimbursement form at start of term but no later than June 10th each school year. This includes but is not limited to:
Evidence of course term with course title/code reflecting course beginning and ending dates
Evidence of tuition and/or book costs for courses requested
Evidence of how course/book was paid (loan, grant, credit card, agency financial aid statement, etc.)
Copy of syllabus (required only if requesting book reimbursement)
Submit Tuition Reimbursement Packet to Renee’ Pressley:
Email – Print all documents, then scan as one complete PDF document

3. Upon completion of term, separately remit final course grade(s)
Review is completed quarterly after the close of each term: Summer, Fall, Winter and Spring. Response via email will generally occur within 30 days of each term close to all applicants.
