Class changes and drops are only permitted within the first 2 weeks of the semester and must have parental and administrative approval. The schedule change form is available from Wednesday, August 13, 2025- Wednesday, August 27, 2025.
Valid reasons for schedule correction include (but are not limited too): having an incomplete schedule, being enrolled in a course you have already taken, repeating a course with the same teacher, missing a grade-level appropriate graduation requirement, or missing a course for a special program.
If your request is necessary and possible with class size etc., you will receive a new schedule by September 2, 2025. In some cases, a schedule change will not be possible because classes are full, prerequisites have not been met, or a scheduling conflict with another class would result.
Please Note: Class schedules are tentative and subject to change due to class size limits and the leveling/balancing of classes, teacher, and/or class changes to the JRHS master schedule and course revisions.
*All schedule change requests must be turned in by Friday, August 27, 2025 at 2:30 p.m. No late requests will be accepted.

Elective change requests are accepted only during the first two weeks of the semester and require both parental and administrative approval.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change will be made. The Elective Change Request Form will be available from Wednesday, August 13, 2025, to Wednesday, August 27, 2025. All forms must be submitted by Friday, August 27, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. No late requests will be accepted.
Please note that elective changes are not guaranteed and are subject to course availability, class size limits, prerequisite requirements, and overall scheduling constraints. Even if a request is submitted on time, a change may not be possible.
If you would like to request a different elective, please complete the Elective Change Request Form above.
If a change is approved and possible, you will receive an updated schedule by September 2, 2025. If not, your original elective will remain on your schedule.
