FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL - The countdown is on — just ONE month until the first day of school on Monday, Aug. 10. Take small steps now to get ready: Adjust sleep schedules a little each week, gather school supplies and organize backpacks, keep learning going with 20 minutes of reading or math each day, mark important school dates on your family calendar, and start practicing morning routines. We can't wait to welcome everyone back for another amazing year!

This is a friendly reminder that all students needing bus transportation for the 2026–27 school year must be registered by July 22 to guarantee a bus stop assignment for the first day of school. For more information or to register, please visit https://www.duvalschools.org/page/transportation.
If you have any registration questions, don't hesitate to contact Ms. White at 904-630-6570.
We look forward to welcoming our students back for another great year!
A special thank you to our families for your continued support, encouragement, and commitment to student success. Your partnership makes all the difference! To our students—this accomplishment belongs to YOU! Your hard work, determination, and love of learning helped make this recognition possible. We are proud of all you have achieved and excited for the bright future ahead.

Friendly reminder: our 3rd - 5th-grade students will participate in state testing beginning Monday, May 11th, and testing will close on Friday, May 22nd. Please see your email for your child's specific testing dates.
It is very important that all students are present and on time each day. To help your child feel confident and prepared, here are a few helpful testing tips:
Ensure your child gets a good night’s sleep each evening before testing.
Provide a healthy breakfast each morning to help with focus and energy.
Encourage your child to take their time, read carefully, and do their best.
Remind your child to stay positive and confident—they’ve been working hard all year!
We appreciate your support in helping our students have a successful testing experience. If you have any questions, please reach out.
Thank you for your partnership!
Warm regards,
Ms. White
