Spending quality time with your family is one of the most important ways to support your child’s growth, confidence, and happiness. These moments create lasting memories and help children feel loved and supported in all areas of their lives — including at school.
At San Jose Elementary, we believe family involvement in school is just as important as classroom learning. Our Loved One Dance is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a fun, family-friendly evening while seeing your child in their school environment. Families can watch their child interact with friends and celebrate their achievements alongside the entire school community.
This year’s dance, happening Friday, February 27th, from 5:30-7pm in the cafeteria, features a live DJ, a photo booth, and snacks and drinks for purchase. It’s not only a night of music and fun but also a chance to strengthen the bond between families, students, and our school.
Attending the Loved One Dance supports our 5th grade Safety Patrols’ trip to Washington, D.C., helping students gain memorable experiences outside the classroom. By joining this celebration, families make a real difference in their child’s school journey while creating joyful memories that last a lifetime.
So grab your loved ones, put on your dancing shoes, and come celebrate with us. Together, we can make it a night full of smiles, laughter, and school spirit.
