Just a reminder that State Testing begins this week for Kindergarten and next week for 1st and 2nd grade! Late students will not be allowed to test after 9:00.
April is the "Month of the Military Child." SME will be celebrating our Military students and families the week of April 14. Thank you to these Families for their Service. Here are the activities for this week.
Successful SME PTA Event at the Icemen Hockey ! Our students did an awesome job under the direction of our Wonderful Music Teacher, Mr. Lodge singing "God Bless America."

Thrilling Thursday at SME!
Principal/Assistant Principal Picture Scavenger Hunt!
100 Small pictures were hidden all around the school of each Principal Boyd and AP Sandin for students and teachers to seek.
Classes had to chose either Principal or Assistant Principal to search for. The class at the end of the day with the most of Principal Boyd / Assistant Principal Sandin will win 3 Lion Bucks for each student in the class!
Great way to start a day!

Attention Parents of 3rd, 4th, & 5th Grade Students!
Mark your calendars, Patrol Sponsored "Spring Dance" will be April 25th, 3:10pm - 5pm.
Entry Fee - $6
Tickets are on sale now through April 17 every morning from 8:00 am - 8:25 am in the hallway outside of the cafeteria. Permission slip for the dance must accompany payment.
