Young Men's and Women's Leadership Academy

SIXTH GRADE- BOYS & GIRLS

• Red Leadership Academy polo shirt (must have logo; cannot be just any red polo shirt)

• RC khaki pants (NO black pants)

• Any closed-toed shoes (flats, sneakers, boots, etc.).

• Students may NOT wear: sandals, slippers, Crocs, slides, etc.

NOTE: 6th grade cannot wear the old YMWLA Blue Oxford shirt or black pants.

SEVENTH & EIGHTH GRADE- GIRLS

All 7th & 8th grade girls are required to wear the following:

• Gray (7th) or Black (8th) Leadership Academy polo shirt (must have logo; cannot be just any red polo shirt)

• RC khaki pants (NO black pants)

• Any closed-toed shoes (flats, sneakers, boots, etc.).

• Students may NOT wear: sandals, slippers, Crocs, slides, etc.

OR

• Blue Leadership Academy Oxford

• RC Plaid Uniform skirt

• YWLA Plaid tie

• Knee-high black socks

• Any closed-toed shoes (flats, sneakers, boots, etc.).

• Students may NOT wear sandals, slippers, Crocs, slides, etc.

NOTE: 7th/8th grade may still wear the old uniform, but it must be the FULL uniform - no mixing of the two uniforms.

All students must adhere to the following hair accessory guidelines below :

• Jackets - students may only wear the Leadership Academy jackets sold by RC Uniforms (pictured) while inside the building. Any other jacket may be worn outside the building (raincoats, winter coats, etc.) but must be put away in the student's bookbag before entering the building.

  • No hoodies or non-school jackets

• Spirit Day shirt- May be worn as a "dress down" option on approved days.

All students at the Leadership Academy must purchase the P.E. Uniform from RC Uniforms. Students must have:

• Red P.E. shirt

• Red P.E. shorts

• Sneakers

• Socks

Lockers are recommended for all P.E. students. Locks for P.E. lockers must be purchase in the front office in order to utilize the lockers. Students without a lock cannot use the lockers; this is to keep students' items safe.
