Yearbook Photos - 9th, 10th, 11th Grade Students!

Yearbook photos will be taken for 9th, 10th, and 11th grade students on September 9th and September 10th through social studies classes. Make sure to dress your best that day!

Seniors: To be included in the yearbook you must schedule an appointment with Cady Studios. This is the only way seniors will be included in the yearbook. The deadline for seniors is January 1st.

AWARD-WINNING ARTISTS – Congratulations to Atlantic Coast High School students Kristin Dhami and Stella Carter for creating award-winning artwork! Art teacher Kelly Delaney shares that the pair were recently honored by the VFW in Northeast Florida for their artistic creations. Dhami was awarded $250 for 2D artwork, and Carter was awarded a total of $500 for both 2D and 3D pieces. Both students’ works will advance to a state-level competition. Great work!

Stingray Senior Update
The junior class will be presenting this year’s Prom on Saturday, April 12th, at Deerwood Castle (7601 Centurion Pkwy. Jacksonville, FL. 32256). Doors will open at 6:30pm and the dance will last until 10pm. Juniors and seniors should check their DCPS student email for more information. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to the Junior Class Sponsor Ms. Leon at leons2@duvalschools.org.

After Hours in Monaco Atlantic Coast High School Prom 2025
Registration for the next session of after school Drivers Education classes is now open. The course will run from March 31st to May 19th. Students must have a restricted license or a learners permit by the time the class starts. The class costs $180 and only cash will be accepted. Registration must be completed online only until March 27th or until the class is full. Stingray Nation! Next week we celebrate Black History Month with the BSU. There are a lot of fun activities planned as well as a spirit week so be sure to dress up and participate! Monday, 2/24: Rep Your Roots and dress as your culture! Join us at lunch for an art showcase made by ACHS students. Tuesday, 2/25: Dress up as a black figure or character! Join us at lunch for black history month trivia. Wednesday, 2/26: BLACK OUT! Wear all black! Join us at lunch for a history fair presenting Black History information. Thursday, 2/27: Throwback Thursday! Dress like it’s the 90s or 2000s. Join us at lunch for some throwback music. Friday, 2/28: Rep an HBCU by wearing a shirt or gear from the school! Join us at lunch for some line dancing. For more information reach out to members of the ACHS BSU.
