Red Ribbon Week begins tomorrow with everyone wearing red! Please see the attached flyer for the activities scheduled for the rest of the week. Please reach out to your student's teacher with any questions.


Wildcat Families:
We wanted to take a minute to clarify that students are not permitted to wear a costume to school tomorrow but they can wear a costume to Trunk-or-Treat tomorrow night.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your student's teacher.

Trunk-or-Treat is tomorrow night from 6:00-8:00 at TLAE! Here are a few reminders:
1. Students may dress up in school appropriate costumes for the night (no toy weapons)
2. Additional parking will be in the middle school's parking lot next door.
3. Concessions will be on sale. We can only accept cash.


Report Cards for the First Nine Weeks are coming home today.

Does your student need a laptop to use at home to help with Blended Learning and Homework? If so, DCPS is issuing free laptops to all students. Please see the attached pictures for details. For additional support, please contact the Technology Service Desk at (904) 348-5200.

Wildcat families! Don't forget we will be hosting our October SAC meeting Thursday night at 5:30. Afterwards, our PTA will meet at 6:00. I look forward to seeing you there!

Our Safety Patrols are selling Boo Grams! Students can purchase pencils for $1 to send to their friends or teachers. The last day to order is October 25 and pencils will be delivered on October 31. Students can purchase as many as they like.


Now through October 20th is National Box Top Week where eligible products will earn double box top points! Receipts can be scanned electronically through the Box Tops app. Make sure you have Twin Lakes Academy Elementary selected as your school.

Wildcat Families, Our Book Fair is being extended through Thursday of next week due to Hurricane Milton. However, Ms. Griffin wants to let as many students shop tomorrow as possible. Good evening, Wildcat Families! Here are a few reminders for the week.
1. Fall Photos are tomorrow, October 1st. All students in Kindergarten-5th Grade should be in their school uniform for pictures. VPK students are not required to wear a uniform.
2. The 3rd-5th Grade Dance has been rescheduled for this Friday, October 4th from 3:15-4:45. Dance information and Dance Car Tags will be coming home later this week for students who are attending.
3. Trunk-or-Treat - We have started collecting donations of individually wrapped candy to pass out at our Trunk or Treat in October. Students can drop off their bags of candy in our Pumpkin Barrels located in the Front Lobby.
