Good afternoon families! In February, Southside Middle, Andrew Jackson High, and Englewood High were selected as schools of the month. The competition was strong, but these three schools stood out in how they support their students through adversity; each of these schools received a $1,000 award.
DCPS continues our partnership with our good friends at Community First Credit Union to recognize schools-of-the-month in the new year, we hope this fuels your passion to showcase the amazing things your school is doing to support students. Nominate your school for a chance to be crowned March’s School-of-the-Month!
March’s theme is Student & Family Life: Inspiring Engagement and Learning.
How does your school support every student and family with balancing family life and encouraging engagement every day.
Use the link below to nominate your school and feel free to share with others who might want to nominate your school as well.
