🌱✨ Big things are growing at Loretto! ✨🌱

Mrs. Monaco and Mrs. Dyer’s classes kicked off garden prep for our fall harvest, and the excitement was real! With the help of some amazing parent volunteers, students are getting ready to plant strawberries and fall crops - hands-on learning at its finest!

Meanwhile, Monaco’s 2nd grade class teamed up with our Greenland Pines gifted students to explore place value using 3-digit numbers. The GPE students were rockstar mentors, and the younger kids were all smiles as they learned together!

We love seeing our students lead, learn, and grow—inside the classroom and out! 💙

There are lots of great projects you can support on DonorsChoose for Loretto Elementary teachers and staff including this project from CSS Teacher Ms. Immel: Rolling Into Regulation: A Sensory Solution for Special Needs
https://secure.donorschoose.org/project/rolling-into-regulation-a-sensory-solut/9678532/?utm_source=dc&utm_medium=sharetray&utm_campaign=teacherhub&utm_term=teacher_8794441&rf=sharetray-dc-2025-09-teacherhub-teacher_8794441&challengeid=22549361

You can also sprinkle a little love around on multiple projects by visiting our Loretto Elementary DonorsChoose page and giving a little bit to multiple projects. Even just a $1 donation can help because the more individual donors, the more the algorithm will recognize and bump the project up the list on the DC page. Plus several of these projects have double matches right now!
