Today is early dismissal. ALL students are being dismissed at 1:00pm unless they are in the after school program, boys and girls club.
Also parents, if students do not have a permission slip on file, they will not be able to participate in the trunk or treat tomorrow. Permission went home last week. Please check your student's backpack.

Students have started to bring treats based on their grade level. Please continue so that we do not have to cancel.

Next Thursday is our Annual Trunk or Treat!
We are asking that each grade level donate the items on the attached flier in order to make this event a success for students.
Dress your student up as their favorite book character as they are parade the field receiving treats!!!

Tomorrow is Bullying Prevention Day. Student are allowed to wear an ORANGE shirt with their uniform bottoms as we stand united against bullying.
Reminder:
There is NO school for students tomorrow. Tomorrow is a planning day for teachers. Students will return Tuesday morning at 8:00am.
Due to hurricane Milton, school will be closed Wednesday - Friday.

This week is North Shore Goes to College Week!! Be sure that students follow the attire that is posted on the flier.
TODAY is early dismissal!!! ALL students are to be picked up at 1:00pm unless they are in the afterschool program, Team Up. We are encouraging parents to pick those students up early as well due to the inclement weather.

Just a reminder that we will be celebrating World Heart Day on Monday! Students are encouraged to wear a red shirt with their uniform bottoms. Please make sure to follow the dress code regarding the red shirt. During Monday Mania, students will have the opportunity to sign a heart pledge and participate in some active activities!

Please make arrangements to pick your student up on time. Walkers will be released to walk, bus riders will be released to ride the bus, and car riders will be released to the car riders zone promptly at 1:00pm.

Yesterday, after school, there was activity in the community. The after school program was placed on code red to ensure that ALL students were safe.
It saddens me that parents have posted on social media that a student was "kidnapped". As the principal of this school, please know that you will hear from me before the news or "social media".
If you have posted this untruth, please be so kind as to remove it and repost the truth!!!
We are headed into the flu season. We are please to offer FREE flu shots to students.
Attached is a copy of the flu shot form that your student should have received earlier this week. Please return no later than 9/11 (Wednesday).
Girls on the run is an awesome program for 3rd -5th grade girls to learn more about themselves that incorporates running or walking. (Tuesdays & Thursdays 3-4:45)
