It was an emotional morning for two outstanding educators! Principal Vincent Hall of Raines High School and Assistant Principal Daniel Sapp Jr. of Ramona Boulevard Elementary learned they had been selected as the 2025 Principal of the Year and Assistant Principal of the Year, respectively.
