📣❤️🖤 Raider Nation Teacher Spotlight: Celebrating Ms. Cotton 🖤❤️📣

Good Morning, Raider Nation families.

Raider Nation, help us celebrate one of our very own, Ms. Kennerly Cotton, sixth-grade math teacher at Westside Middle School.

Ms. Cotton was recently highlighted by Duval County Public Schools for the outstanding work she does each day with our scholars. Her classroom is more than a place where students learn math. It is a space where students build confidence, collaborate with purpose, grow academically, and learn to believe in what is possible.

Ms. Cotton represents the heart of Raider Nation. She brings energy, joy, structure, and love into her classroom, and our scholars are better because of her presence.

We are proud of Ms. Cotton, and we are grateful for the way she pours into our students and school community.

We also know Ms. Cotton’s story is one of many. Across Raider Nation, we have countless stories of teachers showing up early, staying late, building relationships, creating meaningful lessons, encouraging students, correcting with love, and helping scholars see greatness in themselves before they can fully see it on their own.

That is the work. That is the mission. That is Raider Nation.

Please join us in celebrating Ms. Cotton and all of our amazing Westside Middle School educators who continue to make a difference every single day.

❤️🖤 Raider Nation is proud.
📚 Our teachers are the heartbeat.
💪🏾 Our scholars are the reason.
